2. What the site is for
The site gives general information for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners about Grand Theft Auto VI: which platforms it supports, why last-gen consoles are excluded, how to upgrade, how to pre-order and what happens to GTA 5 and GTA Online on older hardware. It is an information service only. We do not sell games, consoles, keys or accounts, and we never ask for your PlayStation, Xbox or Rockstar login.
3. No affiliation
We are independent. Nothing here is an official statement of Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment or Microsoft. Trademarks are listed in our disclaimer.
4. Accuracy
We work from official sources and mark rumours clearly, but facts can change after we publish: a console price can move, a store can change an offer, a company can announce new platforms. Content is provided "as is" without a warranty of completeness or accuracy at the moment you read it. Before you spend money, confirm prices and terms with the seller.
5. The readiness checklist
The homepage checklist and countdown run entirely in your browser and save your ticks in local storage on your device. They are a planning aid, not a reminder service: we do not send notifications, and clearing your browser data erases your progress.
6. Advertising and links
The site shows ads served by Google AdSense, which are labelled as ads and are not endorsements. Some links may lead to retailers or other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, offers or data practices.
7. Our content
Texts, tables and the site design belong to the publisher. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page. Copying whole pages, republishing our content at scale or feeding it into a competing product requires written permission. Game imagery remains the property of Rockstar Games.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections they enjoy in their country of residence.
